This frangipani, which grows directly across from the reception cottage at Cambridge Beaches, stands like a monument, strong and permanent. Yet, for all of its might, it has the most delicate fragrance on the whole island. It was impossible for us to ever walk by it without being summoned to inhale a deep breath on our way to the beach or dinner. The wide open throats of each bloom just looked as though they sang out in unison to us each time we walked by. “Chorus”.
